Gomichela


You've probably (hopefully) had a michelada. But gave you had a gomichela!? Beer with some yummy fix-ins plus a CHAMOY rim and enchilada gummy bears...you know you want one! It's the best kind of michelada we've tried yet.

Ingredients:

-tamarind chile powder

-chamoy

-salsa Maggi

-Worcestershire sauce

-lime juice

-gummy bears

-tajin

-your favorite beer

Directions:

1. Squeeze some chamoy into a small bowl

2. Put some tamarind powder into a small bowl

3. Dip the rim of your favorite beer-drinking cup in the chamoy. Then, dunk it again in the tamarind powder. (You can use tajin if you can't find the tamarind powder).

4. Mix 1.5 TBS lime juice, half a TBS of salsa Maggi, and 1 TBS of Worcesteshire sauce in the bottom of the cup.

5. Pour in the beer.

6. Roll some gummy bears in the chamoy, then put them on a skewer and cover with tajin.
