This recipe literally couldn't be easier. Just cut everything up for the pico de gallo, buy some chicharrón and tortillas, and voila.
Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
-4 roma tomatoes
-1 red onion
-3 avocados
-2 serrano chiles (or more if you like it real spicy)
-handful of cilantro
-salt, to taste
-2 large sheets of chicharrón
-20 tortillas
Directions:
1. Dice tomatoes, onion, avocados, and chiles. Chop cilantro.
2. Throw all of the above in a bowl and mix together. Taste for salt.
3. Break chicharrón into taco-stuffing pieces. Warm up tortillas on a comal or in a pan.
Serve and enjoy with one of our many delicious salsas or drinks :)
